I have been asked to present Dany with her hair unbraided and I did my best! Most of it has been painted by hand, based on a great hair brush by ~lugubrum-stock. Tell me what You think!

Bloody hell posing picts in a room that looks like the commander's and only mentioning that the character portrayed is someone else in a very generic uniform AFTER the Bioware credit line it's no wonder people get confused. Gawd artists are angsty

I'm sorry, but the fault is not the artist's in this case. She clearly said that the model was modded and represents her OC ;). The fact that users don't really care to read descriptions is a matter of fact, since people do the same with my deviations as well. Saying the artists are angsty sounds like a perfect excuse to me... plus, she credited BioWare because Dany's meshes were taken from ME (except the hair) and that room looks more like Liara's. In this game the beds are pretty similar (or identical, in case of double beds), so she didn't even use Shepard's room :)

Artists are angsty? I'd rather think people don't pay enough attention to the Author's Note.
Also, as I said and I'll repeat myself - it's really unthinkable for me to mistake a cute girl like Danielle with Commander Shepard, the kickass of the Galaxy.
But then, I guess not everyone follows logic :P

Hmmm okay, but I still think it would be less of a problem if in the description is said Garrus and my OC Danielle before the disclaimer so that people wouldn't be like ohhhhh another disclaimer I've read a million of these *ignore* but that's just my opinion. Sorry if I overreacted :P

Sorry for my own overreaction, I just get pissed when she gets mixed with Shepard and it happens too often.

I don't believe it would help. It's either that someone cares to read the description or not. I have dozens of people who know who she is without me explaining that to them... I blame the internets, it makes people lazy :P
