The sofa series - Danielle and Garrus by Sorceress-Nadira The sofa series - Danielle and Garrus by Sorceress-Nadira
REBLOG or FOLLOW ME on Tumblr, thank You!

EDIT: It would be nice to know if You use or repost this picture anywhere :) Let me know in the comments!
-----------------------

Danielle decided to have a drink and harass Garrus a little. Not entirely in the character, if You ask me ;)

Garrus, Danielle and the sofa models were rigged by *SumireHaikuXNA
Background was made from my own screenshot of the Normandy.
Models posed in XNALara, all the other work done in Photoshop.
Bioware owns everything beside the concept of Danielle (my OC, a doctor on the Normandy crew).

More sofa art coming soon! Mind that if I'm doing pairings, they're going to be the one I ship ;)

Other sofas:
Mordin and seashells

Samara and Thane (definitely no romance involved)

EDI and Joker

Ashley and Vega

Christmas sofa - T'sovik

These two are so adorable together that it hurts from the too wide grinning while watching this piece.
Loving the way Garrus holds her in his embrace, and how his right leg is positioned.
Tender, loving, compassionate.
Perfection.

You're spoiling me with Your praises, love!

(BTW, I really liked making that pic, even though posing a turian and a human kissing was a DISASTER at first XD)

Nope, having a feeling that posing can be quite tricky, at least based on what I've tried with G-Mod... :D So, based on that, still concidering your work great.

(You managed very well, then, they look very natural, no weird angles or things like that. :D)

Thank You again :3 Truth is, it's tricky indeed, but having more than basic knowledge of anatomy and biology as whole really DOES help. Bless the animal anatomy course I had at Uni! :aww:

No problem. :D
Yep, having a grasp on anatomy is useful when posing (or drawing) humans or animals (or aliens). :D Lucky you, having special courses like that! ;)

can you please tell me how in the world you're making this 3D art?! Some 3D program or with some Alien-photoshop skills? D:

LOL! Alien photoshop skills xD I love that XD

In fact it's a tiny bit of both: I use XNALara posing program to pose the models (I am receiving all models from my friend or I find them online, made usable by kind and amazing people), then I put the pose in Photoshop and add background and some more effects :) It's pretty simple, nothing extra-terrestial!

...well, with exception of Garrus, of course ^.^
