I don't especially like most of "porn" pic, but that is really great, and "sensitive". There is implicite as the same time that's explicit. Erotic, what.
Lights are impressiv, it makes me think about the chiaroscuro (playing between, the light and the shadow) and a part of monochromatic. Even blue can be considerate as a "cold" coloring, there is more warm.
I think, in my opinion, you made Liara wonderful.
Nothing else to say about the backgrount, simple, but beautiful too.
